Ticked Pink at Card Making Mamas

How spoiled are the DT at Card Makin Mamas, we got to choose our images from Ticked Pink, the only negative was, I want them all.
I chose the very sad looking Lillith, she is pretty no doubt but looking a tad miserable.

Our goal this week was to use a photo for inspiration, I've not used that technique much but it's an idea I may use more often in the future.

I came up with the Card below, which I'm quite happy with. I used my new expression rubber stamp from Kaszazz for the sentiment, I got a bit crazy and ordered 4 sets of sentiments, they are all in the same script but themed for thanks, sorry, thinking of you etc, and perfectly sized for cards. Love it!

I'm really looking forward to seeing your creations, don't forget to link up your work at The Card Makin Mamas so we can come and comment.

The new DT starts in early May, be sure to send them some love too!

Gorgeous green gardens

I completely confused myself last challenge and missed it, so this fortnight for cooking it up I actually remembered a card! We are wanting green gorgeous and gardens. This image just had to be used, she does after all have a garden on her head.

What an you do for this challenge? Share your creations on the cooking it up challenge blog so we can all come and visit.

This card is going to a colleague of my husband, she is 3 days older than him and he likes to tease her about her age, she is only Turning 41!

The mamas want something girlie

My baby girl turned 16 on Wednesday, so what better way to share some Girly creativity than to make her a 16th card.

I used the beautiful bodice stamp from Kaszazz and the swirl to make it fancy, some distress stains and of course my cougar to cut the sentiment and mannequin stand.
The skirt was made from old kaiser flowers that I cut up and glued on the bodice in layers.

Miss 16 doesn't really care about cards she was more interested in the fact I used a different colour for every letter I wrote inside the card!

Oh how they grow!
